MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Preferred one year experience working with troubled youth as a volunteer or intern in a social service, residential, education or institutional setting.
• Must be 18 years or older.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all contractual requirements are being met.
• Serve as a positive role model to the Residents.
• Maintain Resident progress notes and assist in developing goal- oriented service plans.
• Always Provide Resident supervision and maintain appropriate daily documentation.
• Prepare and submit documentation and reports within required timelines.
• Keep the lead staff informed of all observations made.
• Provide crisis intervention for the Residents.
• Attend and participate in trainings, workshops and in-services provided by North Star RTC Program or outside agencies, as requested.
• Comply with the agency and the respective program policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the program.
• Prepare meals for residents while meeting dietary restrictions

• 1:00pm - 8:30pm
• 6:00a - 8:30pm
